When I first started my beverage business, I was new to the beverage industry. I have over 8 years of sales and marketing experience in the finance, pharmaceutical and the biotech industries.  I have an amazing sales and marketing track record in every position that I have held and been incredibly happy with my resume.

Although I feel confident in my ability to lead, manage and be laser focused. I still needed to build a team with amazing beverage experience. I wanted to find a team who has launched new age beverages into the market and has been incredibly successful in the past.

I started looking while I was working 12 hour days and weekends as a Product Manager,  for someone that could help me create and launch a new age beverage. I found a beverage consulting team that could not only create my drink for a small fee, but help me set up distribution and manage the supply chain side of the business.

Unfortunately, I was wrong about going with this consulting company. In fact, they promised me that they would reach deadlines, but never did. They also never responded to emails and rarely gave me honest answers. So, I fired them.

This was the best move that I have ever made. I shopped around for another team that could offer incredible customer service. As my learning curve is steep, I needed a team that would allow me to learn about the beverage industry very quickly while giving me hands on experience.
